This site was built by a pool player, for pool players.
Not a media company. Not an affiliate farm. Just someone who has spent decades at the table, from bar leagues in the 1980s to organized APA and BCA league play today. I got tired of having to dig through a dozen different sites to find basic, reliable information about the game.
Billiards Breakroom exists to fix that.
What We’re Building Here
The goal is simple: one place where pool players can find what they need.
Whether you’re trying to identify an old table you inherited, figure out what cue to buy, find a local league, or just learn more about the game you already love this is where you come.
We cover everything from tables and accessories to leagues, tournaments, and the culture of the game itself. If it matters to pool players, it belongs here.
From One Player to Another
The experience behind this site isn’t academic. It’s accumulated at the table.
League nights. Tournament pressure. Learning what equipment actually matters and what’s just marketing. Figuring out how to move a coin-op table without wrecking it. Knowing which leagues are worth your time and why.
That’s the kind of knowledge this site runs on.
When you read something here, it’s coming from someone who has been there, not someone who Googled it.
Where the Pool Players Go
That’s the tagline, and we mean it literally.
Billiards Breakroom is being built as a resource hub, a central stop for players at every level. Beginners trying to figure out how the game works to intermediate players who are looking to improve and compete.
And for seasoned players who want to stay connected to what’s happening in the pool community.
There’s a spot here for all of you.
Bring your cues. The table’s open.
